Current COVID-19 Operating Procedures

The shop is OPEN  Masks & Social Distancing are required inside the shop.

We are currently inundated with hundreds of inquiries every day. We are unable to answer or make many phone calls. If you call, please listen to the auto-attendant carefully. Leave a clear, detailed message. 519-751-2825  
We will respond as quickly as we can, likely by text. Please, leave your cell number.

- MASKS MUST BE WORN INSIDE THE STORE. If you can't wear one, ring our doorbell. we will assist you outside.
- Please give our staff and other customers 6 feet of space at all times.
- Our Webstore shows what we have available/coming. You will need to get a Wait List Voucher to reserve a bike.
- New bicycles need to be assembled. This can take up to 2 business days.
- Online, in-stock equipment orders typically take 1-2 hours to process. We contact you when ready for pickup.
- Special orders - Due to factors beyond our control, can take 4-14 days.
All bikes and nearly everything else we have is listed in the E-Store. Sizing Charts
- Test rides are suspended. 
- Receipts are required for all returns and exchanges. Policies

Service & Repairs
- We do not make appointments. We are servicing bicycles as efficiently as we can on a first-in, first-out basis.
- Our current turn-around time is 3 business days for most regular repairs, 1 business day for tires & tubes. *This can change without notice*
- Bring the bike(s) to the shop during our operating hours. We will assess the repair.
- Please give our staff and other customers 6 feet of space at all times.
Please be aware, some parts are in short supply. This may impact the speed and efficiancy of your repair.
- Prompt pick up upon completion is appreciated.
- Please do not check on your repair status unless it has been more than 3 business days, 1 business day for tires & tubes
- We reserve the right to refuse any work.
