Complimentary Bicycle Service Plan
Every new bicycle sold by The Brantford Cyclepath comes with a complimentary 2-year service plan. 

This plan includes:
Annual Tune-Up #1 - Approximately 12 months from date of purchase.
Annual Tune-Up #2 - Must be used within 24 months from date of purchase.
Free minor adjustments for 2 years.
Labour on manufacturer’s defect warranties for 2 years.

This plan expires 2 years from the purchase date. There are no extensions. It is not transferable to any subsequent owners.

Minor adjustments are solutions that take 5-10 minutes to resolve. Anything more than that will need to utilize one of the complimentary tune-ups.

Labour to install any new accessories or will need to be charged.

Labour to install any new parts that aren't covered under an Annual Tune-Up" will need to be charged.

Cleaning bicycles is not a part of this plan. PLEASE BRING IN YOUR BIKE AS CLEAN AS POSSIBLE.

Be prepared to leave the bicycle with us for what our current turn-around time is. We will let you know what that in when dropped off.

We cannot make appointments to jump up our schedule. Your patience is appreciated while we take good care of your bike.

We also have a Rewards Program. If you haven't already subscribed, please take a minute to do so.

Bicycles purchased directly from any of our suppliers, or any other shop are not covered under this plan, regardless of in-store pickup or delivery of these bikes. Used bikes are not covered under this plan.
